Member categories and badges: know who does what in your group

In a big group, it is hard to know who to ask. Is Rohan the editor? Who handles bookings? Member categories answer that at a glance.

Create up to three categories: The Lead Admin creates categories, picks a badge and a colour, and adds members. The badge appears next to the member's name in every message.

Badges with meaning: Tap any badge to see what it means and how members get it. Groups also show Lead Admin, admin, successor and top contributor badges.

Successors keep the group safe: Choose successors in group settings. If the Lead Admin leaves, a successor takes over automatically, so the group never ends up without an owner.

Your own tag: Every member can add a short tag for each group, like "Riya's Mom" in the class group or "Treasurer" in the society group.
